Boiler Maintenance Plan

1. Boiler Service & Health Check

We will ensure your boiler is serviced on an annual basis and conduct an annual health check to ensure everything is running smoothly. This is often a small print requirement on many boiler warranty and insurance plans.

2. Control set up

We will set-up your boiler controls for maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Not only saving you money £££, but also helping to reduce your carbon footprint.

3. Inhibitor Check

We will test your system to ensure there is the correct level of corrosion inhibitor present. This will prevent your system from a build up of sludge and blockages and help maintain boiler efficiency.

4. Water Quality Check

We will take a sample of water from your heating system to check that it is clear from sludge. If not, don’t worry, we can advise you on the best course of action. Most manufacturer warranties and insurance policies will not cover a contaminated system.

5. 10% discount

By signing up to the annual plan you will receive 10% discount on any emergency work, or leaks on the boiler or central heating system. This includes both parts and labour.

6. Priority Service

As a valued member of our plan, you will receive priority care on call-outs for emergencies and appointments. We will work with you to find the most convenient time.
